GOP making up Justice Kennedy retiring to boost their 2018 election

chances. Works to get evangelicals out to vote as the abortion issue would get reactivated with the Supreme Court in the balance.

What other fantasies will they run on?

I'm guessing they might try and make California a bogeyman.
