Philippines' Duterte needs psychiatric evaluation, says U.N. official

"Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte's slurs against U.N. human rights activists suggest he needs to see a psychiatrist, U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein said Friday.

"These attacks cannot go unanswered, the U.N. Human Rights Council must take a position," Zeid told a news conference after Duterte's government sought to get a U.N. investigator, a former Philippine lawmaker and four former Catholic priests declared as "terrorists."

"There's a long history in the Philippines of the state security forces and pro-government militias assassinating people labeled as NPA members or supporters," he said in a statement."

White House officials also are studying tougher noncapital penalties for large-scale dealers.

Trump said last week that the administration would soon roll out unspecified “strong” policies on opioids. White House officials said Trump has privately expressed interest in Singapore’s policy of executing drug dealers.'c

What I see in this is Trump slowly working toward making the murder of his opposition a reality, ala Putin.

How long before Trump has us declared "terrorists"?
