PA-18 Prediction for Tomorrow Night: I have no clue.

The people at Cook Political Report and National Journal think Conor Lamb has an edge but Nate Silver pointed out today on the podcast that given the average polling margin of error, the reality ranges from a seven-point Saccone lead to a ten-point advantage for Conor Lamb. So I am just going to have to wait and let the votes come in tomorrow.
