When the so-called House Intelligence Committee announced they were finished with their inquiry into Russian meddling in 2016, and there's nothing to see here, Mudd could barely contain his anger, saying:

"If that report were made of toilet paper, I wouldn't stoop to wipe my ass with it."

That quote, and the video that goes with it NEEDS TO GO VIRAL! The emotional strength of that statement is the only thing that can currently match the intensity with which the Republican noise machine is waving (and will be waving) the report saying there was no evidence of collusion. Schiff's politely worded memo condemning their action won't cut it. But a 25 year Intelligence veteran saying he wouldn't wipe his ass with Nunnes' report will!
