Vote totals were solidly blue around the outstanding precincts. Only one area favored Saccone by a small amount. The total should be around a 1% victory for Lamb.

Crap happened at the end.

Well folks, we have some bad news. Westmoreland County has told us that they aren't going to report results by precinct tonight (though they had previously told us they would). The model runs on precinct results so, this is a problem.

Unless there's something I'm missing. I don't get it because it says 96% of the precincts reporting but a total of only 94K votes cast.
