In this election, IIRC, there need to be 3 registered voters in the district willing to swear that there were errors or fraud in the vote count or voting procedures...

I figure we're safe because there is no way that the GOP could come up with THREE people willing to lie...

Conor never mentioned Trump. He was too busy thanking the smart ones!

I did hear that Unions are having a big resurgence with the Teachers in WV and now Union members coming on strong for Conor!

We handed Kasich his head at the ballot box when he first came in. He tried to kill Public Unions. 1.3 Million signatures hauled to Columbus and a resounding vote against him. I have never seen so many angry 🚒.

A couple of years ago Republicans tried to pass a Right To Work law. The Leaders told them,” Kasich will not sign such a bill!”

However, it depends who runs against Tina. She is vulnerable if the right republican runs against her. There is a very active republican group of voters here. I am relieved that Tim Pawlenty decided not to run, as he does have a following, though I don't know why. When he left, he left a mess behind, both financial and policy wise. Mark Dayton, our present governor has done a great job of bringing Minnesota back from the brink that Pawlenty left. However, he is not running and his office is up for grabs in 2020. Methinks that Timmy is looking at that slot for himself - again. Personally I hope I am wrong. We don't need that disaster back in the Governor's Mansion again.

Florida, 2000, during the recount-mess there. A bunch of Republipunks-- including ROGER STONE swarmed the ballot counters in what was termed the "Brooks Brothers Riot."

Per Wikipedia:

Hundreds of paid GOP operatives descended upon South Florida to protest the state's recounts, with at least half a dozen of the demonstrators at Miami-Dade paid by George W. Bush's recount committee. Several of these protesters were identified as Republican staffers and a number later went on to jobs in the Bush administration.

DO NOT let them get into this!

The "Win" is political. This seat will only last for six months, and it isn't going to impact ANY house vote between now and january.

Its impact has already happened. Even if, by some unholy alliance, saccone ends up the winner it won't matter. The headlines are set, the fear is real, and momentum is ours.

We won this already. Who goes to washington is secondary at this point (but it will be lamb - eventually).

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/pennsylvania-special-election-conor-lamb-rick-saccone-n856411

NBC reporting Democrats didn't alienate conservatives the way we did in Georgia? I must have missed it.

I'm glad we've won, hope it holds for sure, it would take dynamite to shift it now I think, but did we win because
of message or personality? Lamb is a great find and he defeated a genuine Pennsylvania fuddy-duddy which is not
a knock on Saccone or the state, just that he fits into their mix in a way that Roy Moore for example never could.
IOW we win a nail-biting real election!

Best note of all in this NBC article is that Lamb brought unions home with his retirement security message. We have
been losing that for a long time with union households, though they really should have figured out we were on their
side a long time ago.

I can be corny and call it a Lambslide but I'll let the candidate bask in the sunshine in his own manner.
