President Donald Trump reportedly hates former acting UN Ambassador Michael Bolton’s iconic mustache, but he would not have to shave it if he becomes the next national security adviser.

According to reports, Trump may replace current National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster with Bolton.

A “source close to the White House” told CBS News reporter Jacqueline Alemany that Trump would not require Bolton to shave his mustache if he takes the job. The sources added, however, that the mustache continues to be a “sensitive subject.”

The Washington Post reported last year that Trump is obsessed with how his staff looks and what they wear. In fact, former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer was forced to buy better fitting suits after taking the job.
