They had a couple of brothers that were president that were real right wing nuts. I'm not sure about the current president, but the nutcase RW is very active worldwide. They're like people used to say about Communists infiltrating governments.

They really want the missles that will irritate the Russians but even more importantly Poland has become the single European hold out on developing a consensus on a European wide position on climate change.

Poland is a major exporter of Coal and they are undermining all of the efforts to reduce the use of coal.

They are desperate for anyone who can come by and give them some support after they have been lambasted by the rest of Europe for their anti environmental stand;

Poland Vetoes EU Carbon Emissions Plan, Frustrates Other Countries

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Frustrations with Poland are growing in the European Union after the coal-powered nation for a second time blocked the EU's long-term plans for cutting carbon emissions.

As the lone dissenting voice, Poland last week vetoed the EU's road map for emissions reductions beyond 2020, drawing sharp criticism from environmental groups and EU officials.

Climate Commissioner Connie Hedegaard said the EU's executive commission would press ahead with plans for a low-carbon economy despite Poland's objections.

"They cannot set the pace for all of Europe," Hedegaard told The Associated Press.

They will embrace anyone who gives them comfort now. Expect a big crowd and lots of nice words on Romney's behalf.

Such optimistic opinions appeared in the Polish press after a key resolution of the Supreme Administrative Court issued on Jan. 16, 2012 (ref. No II FPS 1/11). The resolution concerned the taxation of income of shareholders in limited joint-stock partnerships (“LJSP”).

Hybrid partnership

The LJSP is a unique legal construction combining elements of a general partnership and a joint-stock company. Due to its character, LJSP is called a “hybrid” partnership. It has two classes of partners: general partners—“active” partners bearing unlimited liability and responsible for conducting the partnership’s affairs and representing the partnership; and shareholders—“passive” partners whose role and liability is limited to the capital or other assets contributed into LJSP.
