Oklahoma Bail Agent Shoots escappee in the back. Is acquitted by a jury.

There is a video of it at the web site. He is climbing out the window then she goes in her drawer to grab a gun then shots him in the back.

1. Did they not show the jury the video?

She shot him in cold blood. She was pissed he wouldn't follow her instructions. She sure as shit didn't look upset or afraid.

The jury felt the state didn't prove it's case. They could have gone with manslaughter and stood a better chance of winning.

3. Interesting development

on the pages of OK social media on this subject....
more than one person has claimed the bail bonds woman and the man she shot were at one time lovers.
Apparently there was no mention of this at trial.
