Republicans are holding America hostage.
They could very easily alleviate the stress and concern of average Americans if they wanted to, but they choose to hold the threat of authoritarianism and lawlessness over our heads as some sort of punishment for our political beliefs.
They say, "Well, if he ever tried to fire Bob Mueller, then we might step in and stop him?" Until then, they will continue to placate his wishes, so long as he promises to promote their agenda. They have little empathy for their "hostages".
They are proving to America that they don't really care about our democracy. They don't really care if we survive or die. Their number one item on their agenda is maintaining power. They have shown that there is nothing they will not do to keep control of the political power centers of this country.
It is terribly sad that the American people, including Republicans, do not see what they are doing?
