she let him lie and lie and lie about the whole Mueller investigation -- ALL the talking point lies. She tried to interrupt, he wouldn't let her, and in the final analysis she smiled sweetly and let him go on and then, INSTEAD OF CORRECTING the record, she tried to change the subject.

She was PATHETIC. Absolutely fucking pathetic. I used to like her -- and she's been through a lot, but she's got to do a lot better than that. She's a better reporter than anchor, by far.

And she challenged him on his hypocrisy very well and had him stammering and sounding ridiculous.

It's not a journalist's job to produce Perry Mason moments in which the subject breaks down and admits they're guilty. That's not going to happen. All they can do is ask them tough questions, stay on them, get them on the record, and allow the viewers to see the lies. I think she made him look ridiculous.

We obviously have different view of her. I think she's very good.

Cutting his mic to do so if she has to.

There was a place where he just yelled over her and kept talking and talking and she ultimately let him. Smiled in SURRENDER, and then weakly tried to move on.

She needs to learn to cut his mic in situations like that.
