Here's a cure for politcal news overload.

Stop reading the news. Just skim the headlines until you see: "TRUMP SENTENCED TO LIFE". When you see that headline, politics will have become real again, and it will once again be safe to engage with political news.

...I cancelled my newspaper and didnt allow any news of any kind to be played in the house around me. I would leave the room if something popped up. THEN...Flynn got fired... that was the beginning of the end of trumps presidency. Thats what I was waiting for and That night I started watching the news again...however i limit it to a cpl hrs in the morning and on again when Rachael's on.

During my hiatus I got hooked on Westerns ( a whole NEW genre for me)...so Im happy watching bonanza.
