In the 60s hearing the right scream about International Communism, which actually was a thing back then.
The current international right wing conspiracy is just as real and is alive and thriving. Many of the worst elements in our country feel more in common with the nationalists in Europe than with a modern liberal American state built on diversity and civil liberties.
