Media are reporting a car is on fire near the goodwill store in Texas, no word if its just an
accident.

in that area of Texas. This was an incendiary device, not a bomb. Earlier experts said the bomber's goal is to kill people and he is picking up the pace of his bombs since they aren't having the desired effect. The bomber is learning what is working and what isn't quickly. They got one that didn't explode and may be able to get evidence and info from it.
