Pennsylvania GOP Moves To Impeach Supreme Court Democrats For Gerrymandering Ruling

https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_5ab16875e4b0decad044dee0

To impeach, the state Assembly must first find that a judge committed an impeachable offense. Then, two-thirds of the state Senate must vote to convict after a trial. As of January, Republicans controlled 120 of 203 seats in the Assembly and 34 of 50 seats in the Senate.

Edit: seems like that state houses are just as gerrymandered as their federal ones.

risk of losing the next cycle of elections.

You can bet that the judges will show that their positions were endorsed by the USSC and they weren't judicial activists.

Nothing loses credibility like complaining that somebody should be fired because s/he's been doing his/her job.

you got THAT right! We have seated crooks in the PA House and Senate and they really don't give a F**K what the public thinks of them!

The bullshit that spews from the GOPricks in the General Assembly is enough to make the Amish run naked through a light-bulb factory. And the DINO governor isn't much better.

USSC told them to put their protest where the sun does not shine yesterday. They've exhausted all legal recourse, although I suppose they could try again if one or more of the justices were impeached.
