1. I'm sure that varies from each location.

All it takes is one employee forgetting to wash their hands.

2. They are actually very clean. For one reason - a lack of sauces and condiments

compared to McDonalds and Burger King.

In general I avoid all fast food though.

But since I still love their chicken, I continued to patronize them right up to the moment that their CEO revealed himself as a homophobic, bigoted, asshole. Now I'm learning to fry my own chicken.
