I believe Putin has damaging personal and financial info on Donnie Short Fingers, but I also believe that he's whispered in the Orange Shitgibbons ear about how "great it would be for Russia and America to rule the world".
That's all it would take for Donnie Shit for Brains ego to go into hyper drive.
Besides, the Bolton appointment was not for foreign consumption. It's designed to rip this country further apart at the seams.
It's a "win-win" for Putin.
