From Harvey. Less damage than many PR houses, wealthier, in an area that both retained most of its infrastructure, had more equipment available, and had much easier access to replacement stuff.

All the rebuilding hasn't stopped new construction. It's just slowed it down.

At the same time, I have to note that until Harvey there was a blue tarp that was still on a roof from Ike on the way to where I work.
