There are credible financial people who don't believe he has anywhere near what was claimed during the campaign.

But, then, why does he seem to fear Stormy so much. If he doesn’t really have so much to lose?

His fear of this woman has some explanation.

Not a psychologist, but it looks like there's some serious "wanna do my daughter" Oedipal shit going on in that horrendously coiffed head.

3. I really doubt his prenup includes allowing him to have

unprotected sex with women in the sex trade and therefore, putting his wife at risk.

In this day and age, that is a tough one for Trump's lawyers to say was included in the agreement - because it flirts with being a crime. One might argue it's negligence or criminal negligence to put her at risk. People are increasingly being charged for not disclosing STDs.

10. I'm sure it says SHE isn't allowed to sleep around,
Mon Mar 26, 2018, 11:11 AM

so he probably had to be included in that for "fairness".

It might be as severe as "this contract is null and void if..." so it's possible their pre-nup becomes toilet paper if it's proven he cheated on her and she can sue the living hell out of him for anything she wants. At least as far as what he comes out of this mess still owning.

13. I suspect he's largely covered in terms of cheating
Mon Mar 26, 2018, 11:18 AM
Mar 2018

Allegedly, he's cheated throughout all his marriages so he's unlikely to have a punitive clause if he gets caught cheating - because that's what he's always done. Apparently, he even cheats at golf.

Like Stormy's NDA, it could be a one sided deal because she was just off the boat and getting engaged - she was vulnerable if it blew up.

But the unprotected sex may crack that prenup because you cannot contract to allow for illegal (negligent) behavior. It arguably either violates the agreement or renders it null & void.

When the Don broke up with Marla in 1997, he did so just weeks before the four-year anniversary that would have upped her divorce settlement. Therefore, she only got $2 million — as well as undisclosed child support payments for their daughter — when their lengthy court battle ended in 1999.

Shades of the McCabe firing - that's why he tries to replace them before the clock runs out.

There was a rumor Melania was going to divorce Trump but agreed to hold out for optics till after the election which he was expected to lose. After he won, perhaps hasty re-negotiations were made...

... for a lot of dough

If she's smart, she'll jump ship soon and take a settlement of wired $ now because the house of cards propping him up politically and financially is probably teetering towards collapse.

That’s been my theory, too. I think she was smart enough to get some clauses of her own and now the whole prenup is blown. Melania knows everything.

but it would be really bad optics if the lawyers allowed it to be so one-sided. I bet marital fidelity is the *one thing* that applies to either party, else 45 wouldn't be so contrite.

9. Surely there's a prenup, and surely it is completely in HIS favor.
Mon Mar 26, 2018, 11:07 AM
Mar 2018

HE (supposedly) had all the $ and power. Why would any prenup include HER getting a dime if HE cheated?

Makes zero sense.

He's being quiet because, although unintelligent, he's SAVVY and knows all about conning people. Daniels and her lawyer are baiting him to deny the affair/liaison/whatever she's notsupposed to disclose per the NDA. As soon as trump takes the bait and denies, then they'll provide evidence he's lying.

This is not hard to figure out.

then it would be thrown out by the N.Y. Court and be worthless. So it's not completely in his favor.

15. Just because it may be written unfairly and could be nullified, doesn't mean it's not written thusly

How many similar situations do we already know about?
-Stephanie Clifford's NDA (a million per disclosure? Probably not enforceable, from what's been reported)
-White House staffers forced to sign NDAs? Probably not legal, let alone enforceable.
