so, a student told me today his father is being deployed tomorrow to a potentially danger

place. Additionally will have only intermittent communication while deployed and says it could be very dangers. My student-a very tall 14 year old boy broke down in my arms today after class because he is so scared about losing his dad.

could this be a new fight? North Korea?

Trust your fathers judgement, he said he would do as ordered, and now is doing it. The young man should be proud of his dad.

We don't know of the soldier/sailor/marine's deployment purpose.

This is a commitment to country. I was lucky with my Dad.
