(14,514 posts)Their articulate 'back at you' attitude and social media savvy may well take our citizenry to the tipping point - so we wake up and become involved instead of just showing up to vote (if even that) then crossing our fingers and hoping those who are in charge won't muck up things too badly.
Nope. We have to be knowledgeable, informed, articulate and hold our elected officials accountable for their actions. That is what responsible citizens in a republic do, and that is the only way we will take this republic back from the billionaire parasites.

(9,090 posts)it's all over the place but when limbaugh says their names and disses them he knows 600 radio stations and a pack of blowhard wannabes on 1000 other stations are all going to trash them also, often worse.

(24,324 posts)That kind of pervasive, all encompassing negative emotion does reach them. It travels on the planet's psychological pathways to all of us, but especially to those who are the targets of the negativity.
It is very destructive.
So i feel we all have to send them all the positive energy we can in whatever way possible.
