Michael Cohen now claims he doesn't know what's in the hush-agreement he signed.

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/03/stormys-lawyer-shreds-trumps-attorney-claiming-not-know-president-party-hush-agreement/

Avenatti said that he recently met with Trump’s attorney, who claimed he did not know if the president was party to the non-disclosure agreement with Clifford.

“They don’t know,” he said. “He said they don’t know yet whether Mr. Trump was a party to this agreement. How do you now know whether you’re a party to an agreement unless you’re just trying to to make it up as you go along.”

If trump isn’t a party to the agreement than how is she bound to anything? Nothing that trump touches can avoid being a shitshow.

What was that blank signature line with trump’s pseudonym under it?

Is a pseudonym legally binding on a contract anyway?

Why doesn’t it bother any of these trump cultist that trump was signing a contract with a porn star 11 days before the election??

We went from a candidate losing their party’s nomination for cheering awkwardly into a microphone to one that won the WH despite this, among many things, including saying he would grab women by the pussy and saying utterly creepy things about his daughter. We are are world of extremes.

he hasn't had time to look at his copy of the agreement? Or should we assume he doesn't keep copies. Or maybe he can't read.

11. In court when Trump was asked if he'd read a contract he said he had people to do so

I guess his people don't read those contracts any more than Trump does!

7. How much longer before Cohen gets fired?

I suppose that since lawyers for Trump are nearly impossible to find, it may save Cohen's job. If he was my lawyer, he would have been gone a couple comments ago. What a dunce.

Just like their chief mouthpiece, Sarah Sanders, it's all spin and lies and obfuscations and accusations and dissembling and deflection and red herrings and ad hominem and straw man and inflation and evasion and post hoc and false analogy and oversimplification and equivocation and non sequitur.

They employ every single fallacy in argumentation known to mankind throughout the ages.

Luckily, a court of law is not the place to play these games. They're all going down.

He’s going to make them release her from the agreement or depose Trump under oath!

They don’t want to do either!
