I was worried about a possible recess appointment during Congress's recess,
till I found this:

Senate will next convene for Legislative Business at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 9 after standing in adjournment at 1:00 a.m. Friday, March 23.
The Senate will conduct Pro Forma Sessions on the following dates and times:
Monday, March 26 at 11:30 a.m.;
Thursday, March 29 at 3:45 p.m.;
Monday, April 2 at noon; and
Thursday, April 5 at 11:30 a.m.
