**Bombshell Mueller Court Filing Shows Rick Gates Was Knowingly In Contact With A Kremlin Spy**

Bombshell Mueller Court Filing Shows Rick Gates Was Knowingly In Contact With A Kremlin Spy
By David Gilbert Mar 28, 2018

Donald Trump’s deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates was in direct communication with a person he knew was a Russian spy in the weeks ahead of the 2016 election, according to court documents filed by special counsel Robert Mueller Tuesday.

The documents reveal Gates was in contact with a former officer in Russian military intelligence in the months leading up to Trump’s win.

Gates was “directly communicating in September and October 2016” with an unidentified person who “has ties to a Russian intelligence service and had such ties in 2016,” the filing says.

Manafort, who worked for the pro-Russian party in Ukraine before running Trump’s campaign, had an employee in Kiev named Konstantin Kilimnik who U.S. and Ukrainian authorities have suspected of having ties to Russian intelligence, according to Politico. Kilimnik served in the Russian army and learned English at a school that experts say often trains spies. Kilimnik denied being a spy to The Washington Post. Manafort had dinner with Kilimnik last August in New York, just before he was forced out of the Trump campaign amid growing questions about his work in the Ukraine, the Post reported.

because it involves sources and methods of the intelligence community. You have the surrogates of Trump saying that it is all conspiracy against him, and Mueller saying this is the evidence that we have. The public will have to choose who to believe. When Trump gets put on trial, it will probably not be public.

with a member of Russian intelligence during the campaign, and Gates told the Dutch lawyer that the Russian was in intelligence.

All this is already public. More will certainly come out.

and all the shared intelligence of our allies, as a map and a guide. With that guide, they can get the testimony of DT people -- who can then be the witnesses against DT and his campaign, allowing other sources to be protected.

There are different categories of lies and truth.

Pretty Hope Hicks only told little white ones (hah!)
The Huckster-Daughter tells purple ones every time she talks.
Trump we don't even bother listening to what spills out of his orifices.
etc.

Will Gates hold onto some deep secrets that might get him killed if revealed? I don't know the techniques that interrogators use within the US (I do know some of what the US did to people they considered sub-human/etc.).

from another source -- the plea deal is OFF. Mueller gets to accept the guilty plea, plus is free to prosecute him on all the charges that he was holding back on. And Mueller can use Gates's own testimony against him.

Deposits during the campaign went into Manafort’s secret accounts including in Cyprus banks, banks used to launder Russian money into the West. So Manafort worked for free for Trump at the same time He got big bucks from the tooth fairy.
