I "can" go into a VM or incognito mode and Tor etc. to follow the link so fb doesn't follow me (and the poster: notice the "fbid=" string that gives you away.)

It is sad that DUers still use fb to communicate given the wholesale selling of (y)our data.

12. I'm in constant contact with a former facebook employee who still has friends working for company.

He walked me through setting my securities to be as "impenetrable" as possible, however did state that doesn't rectify what info they've gathered in the past. My securities have always been at the tightest possible level.

For the time being we're both still using the site, he'll let me know when the time comes to deactivate my account. Which isn't an easy thing to do btw.....
