Has Sessions finally crossed the line?

Trump and some House Republicans wanted very much for him to appoint another Special Counsel to investigate the FBI. Sessions refused. He said there was not enough cause for such an appointment. Neither Trump nor his Republican allies are very happy with Sessions this morning.

Could Trump finally get enough political support in the Republican Congress to fire Sessions? Perhaps?

I don't think the Senate is going to back Trump and he needs them to confirm a new choice hlthe2b Mar 2018 #6

when discovery starts on McCabe's lawsuit. McCabe has an ample war chest to beat on that door. On its face the rush to terminate prior to retirement appears to violate the process. I would not be surprised if the IG office cracks and admits to political pressure.

And he'll keep promoting trump, but his future will not be so good when he's sent to prison. He's a crook.

Of course there is the issue of recess appointment, or moving a previously confirmed cabinet member in temporarily, which could cause a world of hurt event for a few months.
