"Roseanne" was a huge hit in its heyday, and following the wildly successful reboot of "Will & Grace", it was bound to do well. Having said that, it's virtually impossible to maintain mainstream success (which Roseanne had boatloads of in her prime) while being a Trump supporter. She won't maintain those ratings.
