they can't shut up about 27% of the electorate...the loons that voted for him...any other president says he is president of ALL the people. His fucking base....100s of times a day.

Term, not a word. But when I think of the Trump presidency, that phrase comes to mind quickly.

A president is not supposed to lash out, not in regularity. But one news site I use as a home page has some headline writer who uses that term seemingly multiple times per week: "Trump lashes out at..."

I wake up late and when I turn on the laptop I'm always wondering who Trump lashed out at this time.
