I did notice that Trump was not sued personally, only the campaign; but the complaint describes actions taken by Trump himself as well as by the campaign. Why do you think they didn't sue Spanky? Which claims, if any, do you think will survive the various Rule 12 motions that will surely be filed?

(3,515 posts)It would be too controversial if they sued Trump now. They have to wait until they have done some discovery. On the other hand, he may never be among the plaintiffs. Depends on what they get in discovery most likely.
