wasn't making much money because it had a novice who didn't know what the shit he was doing, as its owner. All his real estate properties were in financial trouble and he wouldn't otherwise have had the money he has received from the Saudis' loans since the election. But I'm sure they will save a cell for him at the state penitentiary.

the irs makes it very clear that i'm responsible for the accuracy of my own taxes, even if someone else prepared them for me.

this is generally the case with government paperwork.


a *businessman* can sometimes get away with throwing an underling or a "third party" under the bus, but even then that's usually just face-saving spin, it doesn't get you legally out of anything.
