The thread is both hilarious and nauseating, but this comment is a gem.

I assume youll stop using computers too, since Gates and Ballmer gave big $$ to the same cause and Apple is run by a gay guy.

(10,618 posts)All the fields that require actual intelligence are dominated by liberals. It's not fair. They should let some conservatives have some of those influential jobs at the head of high-tech firms. It's anti-stupidity discrimination I tell you.

(8,492 posts)...Tim Cook, who is shaping up to be a great leader and seems to be more stable, yet, tougher than Steve Jobs. In other words, one tough, smart cookie that kept Apple afloat despite the real and imagined fears of investors and consumers. The man may not be the showman Mr. Jobs had been, but he's doing a better job than most had expected. It's still too soon to say whether or not he'll be as fearless when it comes to second-guessing consumers needs/wants. Steve's foresight was uncanny (and made me reevaluate my disbelief in the devil) and may never be witnessed again, but he hand-picked Mr. Cook to be his successor so I've given him the benefit of the doubt from day one.
K. I'll step down from my Apple/Tim Cook/Steve Jobs soapbox.
