More of a jab at the press.

Snip:

"Every time Sarah steps up to the podium, I get excited. I'm not really sure what we're going to get, you know? A press briefing, a bunch of lies or divided into softball teams. It's shirts and skins, and this time don't be such a little bitch, Jim Acosta," Wolf said.

"FACTS" not "fat".

"ASH" not "ass".

And then people who didn't hear it correctly start flameposting on social media, others who hear the false claim simply repeat the claim without finding out the truth for themselves, and so on.

And Michelle W. had a great retort to Maggie Haberman...why was she so quick to assume that Wolf went to physical insults?

People heard what they WANTED to hear, and some of that probably came from the fact that they could imagine Huckabee Sanders to be a very easy target for physical insult.

But Wolf didn't actually DO that.

She could have said fat and ass. And that's all that matter to the trump folks.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/28/opinion/sunday/why-trump-supporters-dont-mind-his-lies.html

In contrast, when judging a falsehood that makes a favored politician look good, we are willing to ask, “Could it have been true?” and then weaken our condemnation if we can imagine the answer is yes. By using a lower ethical standard for lies we like, we leave ourselves vulnerable to influence by pundits and spin doctors.

In helping to elect their ex-BUDDY Fatso tRumputin

Leaked Audio Catches Mika and Joe Chatting With Trump During Break: ‘Nothing Too Hard, Mika’

Comedian and voice actor Harry Shearer somehow got his hands on audio of Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough chatting behind-the-scenes with Donald Trump in between breaks of their MSNBC town hall, playing it on his weekly radio show Le Show.

Throughout the six minutes or so, Trump and the MSNBC hosts chat amiably about a variety of topics, including politics, the primaries, golf, Morning Joe‘s coverage of Trump’s campaign, and their fellow journalists. On at least one occasion, the duo appear to discuss questions for the next segment within earshot of Trump. At times it can be difficult to determine who is speaking to who; Brzezinski and Scarborough appear at several points to be speaking to producers who were not picked up by the mics at the same time they were speaking to Trump.

Now, Brzezinski's taking Wolf out of context and caping for that lying POS Sanders?

I don't trust them NOW and never WILL no matter how much they go after their ex-BUDDY tRumputin.

Trump was jokingly saying, "Nothing too hard, Mika." She didn't respond. She was talking to someone else. Everyone was talking to each other and others, planning out the next segment. Then Joe says that they have to get to the (town hall) questions...in other words, they need to move it along and get to the town hall, which is what that's supposed to be.

This wasn't their Morning Joe regular show, where they do ask deeper questions and have a discussion about the issue.

I do know that Joe supported Jeb Bush for President. But it's odd that he sort of pumps up Trump for slamming Jeb Bush in the Repub debate. Kinda two-faced of him.

Not as professional as I would hope, but not really wrong. If it's not their regular show, which it says it wasn't. A town hall is when the audience asks the questions.

About the deportation question, here's an explanation via CNN:

One portion of the tape that received criticism on Twitter was misleading. It features Brzezinski saying, "You don't want me to do the [questions] on deportation?" to which Trump replies: "That's right. Nothing too hard, Mika."

However, sources at MSNBC said that Brzezinski was speaking to her producer Alex Korson and that Trump was voicing his approval of the decision from the sidelines.

Mika and Republican Joe were aghast and then got all self-righteously puffed up that Reiner told the truth about gifting Trump all that free airtime with feckless interviewing, especially via Trump's telephone ravings they had let go on and on. No surprise here that Mika misheard this Sarah joke and then couldn't be bothered to check a replay of Michelle's routine before throwing shade, aka manure, on Wolf.

This White House "press-gang", with a few worthwhile exceptions, have contracted a collective Patty Hurst syndrome during their loco quixotic quest to normalize Trump and justify their own well-paid, high-status stenography jobs.

Most MSNBC evening panels have one of these stenographers starting off panel topics and not only deadening the discussions but ripping off precious time from insightful panelists like David Corn, Eugene Robinson and Democratic Party Congress women and men. My remote's mute button is nearly worn to defunct!

Brzezinski had to get on the "Let's protect sweet, innocent Sarah train," before she even bothered to see what Michelle Wolf had said. I wonder why Brzezinski never asked for an apology from tRumputin when he insulted her by saying that she was bleeding from .... 🤔

I guess it was much more IMPORTANT for her to go after Michelle Wolf (Even though she totally misread what Wolf SAID) than go after her ex-BUDDY tRumputin

I guess straightening out that darn comedienne was more important than going after the HOG in the Oval Office who DIRECTLY lied on & insulted HER .....
