No, we don't. We have our first chance to turn things in November. All energy needs to be directed on a Democratic sweep, reducing Republican control and neutering Trump and his destructive impulses. And then again in 2020, another Republican electoral debacle and the successful election of a Democratic President.

Only then, will we be able to restore sanity and start repairing the damage that's been done. All hands on deck. The danger is very, very real.

Anyone who thinks this is over-the-top needs to read the list you provided. We're there, teetering on the edge.

People who "fall out of winds" tend to be voices in the darkness while everyone else stays silent or plays along. Nothing in US broadcast, print or social media comes close to that.

nb - I've LIVED in a dictatorship with press cencorship. Flippant use of terms like "facism" and "police state" aren't very impressive.
