Nobody will even know if it still exists if there is no comedian. They should probably continue the award ceremony for scholarships and stuff but nobody will watch. Any limiting of free speech is just another attack on freedoms of a Democracy, so absolutely no. If others don't want free speech, let them move somewhere else.
