looked like a clown? Everyone has at least one close pal who will get up in their face and tell the harsh truth when they start doing stupid stuff. That's the friend who will tell you there's a tail of toilet paper stuck in your pants, or laugh out the cold truth when you try to stuff your pudgy old bod in a pair of skinny jeans and a tube top. We all need friends like that, so why doesn't Sarah have one?
