As described, it was a burglary. the point was not to get his medical records but to make sure the doctor was left *without* any copies of his medical records.

Everyone knows he's bald. He's not ordering a felony to cover that up.

It really has to be evidence of criminal activity he's covering up. He may have had an std, but again, he's not ordering a felony to cover that up. But abusing amphetamines? That's something he'd commit a felony to cover up. Committing fraud by using a false name? Yeah, that's making more sense.


Same with his taxes. They may show he's not as rich as he pretends, or that he paid nothing, but the real reason he didn't release them almost has to be that they would expose criminal activity.
