SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WBAY) - A witness tells Sheboygan Police that they saw two kids fall out of a van Tuesday night at the rotary intersection at South 8th St/ Indiana Avenue.
Officers were able to identify the kids, a one-year-old and two-year-old.
Sheboygan Police say they found the children's father, who was not aware they had fallen out of the vehicle. He was arrested for OWI and child neglect.
One of the kids was treated and released from the hospital.
The other was transported to a Milwaukee area hospital for treatment of more serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
