Can Congress members be indicted? Rachel segment

Rachel was asking about any precedent for Congress members committing obstruction to help a criminal in the White House. There really isn't any precedent for them being prosecuted/indicted for that behavior.

What are the odds people like Nunes, Meadows, Jordan, Gaetz, etc. will face criminal consequences for their obstruction?

There has been no ambiguity on that question like the one about the president.

hard evidence of Trump involved in or creating a crime, you know Rosenstein will tell Team Mueller to charge him with a crime.

Watched two conferences were Rosenstein was the Key-Note. He is going to be one tough cookie on anyone who the Justice Department feels broke the law.

Menendez.

And if they can be indicted they certainly can be indicted for the federal crime of obstruction.
