proposed by the president and ratified by congress. If Congress has to ratify it, can trump nullify it all by his onesies?

Seems they should make a determination on this question before it becomes a dire one. The constitution only states how a treaty is treated not how to undo it.

(42,530 posts)It is an international agreement that, under a process agreed to by Obama, could have been rejected by Congress, but the Democrats were able to filibuster the vote of disapproval, preventing that from happening.
Just as the president can enter into such an agreement without congressional action, so too can the president undo such an agreement.
