Just found this - executive summary put out by Avenatti and Associates. Please hold while this sorta speed reading author reviews.

Cohen established "Essential Consultants, LLC" as a vehicle for paying off Stormy. To get a bank loan, he claimed it was a real estate consulting company (trump) for high net worth individuals (trump) and that all proceeds went to Cohen.

Avenetti asserts that the reps about what Essential was are false when made - bank fraud. And we HAVE A NAME @LincolnsBible @JamesFourM @karolcummins within 75 days of payment to Stormy, Essential received funds from Viktor Vekselberg, putin-tied oligarach

Essential had $4,425,033.46 go through its account October 2016 to January 2018, including $500,000 from Vekselberg and cousin Andrew Intrater via an LLC.

OH SH#T - we are onto the direct payola stuff: Novartis paid Essential/Cohen $399,920 (4 separate transactions just under $100,000) in 2017/2018. Trump met with incoming CEO of Novartis in Switzerland Jan 2018.

Also on the HIGH ROLLER list: $200,000 from AT&T; $150,000 payment from Korea Aerospace Industries, LTD.

Broidy is in on it: $187,500 from his account at BOA.

Also involved in transactions: Real Estate Attorneys' Group and Keith Davidson & Associates. Davidson was the 1st attorney rep'd Stormy - Right now website subtext says (?): "website for Keith Davidson Beverly Hills personal injury herpes dental malpractice entertainment lawyer.

Cohen took 3 checks from Essential total 1,000,500 and put them in Morgan Stanley in July-Sept 2017. We go INTERNATIONAL - Also account at Standard Charter Bank

Standard Charter Bank includes payments FROM SINGAPORE, FROM maybe-a-travel agency in HUNGARY @LouiseMensch @patribotics referencing Nikolett Vadja, from Malysia via Canada, also Taiwan and maybe Kenya

This is raw data @20committee @ericgarland and Avenetti is ONLY GETTING THINGS FROM ESSENTIAL not from all of Cohen's accounts. It strongly suggests, however, if you needed to pay off trump (or Cohen) this was one of the accepted methods.

One more thing: I was VERY critical of the coverage of the Stormy case. My view was Trump likes this scandal because it feeds his image. I was wrong. Avenetti is onto something. Cohen is the weak link (or really the strong bond) because of his ties to

OK - 1 more thought: it is INCREDIBLY SLOPPY to use the same LLC for payments to Stormy and then 4.5M in other payments. It takes 20 mins to set up an LLC and an hour to get a bank account. #cohensux
