Sadly, we need a majority in Congress for both houses to do that. GOTV!

So unless a bunch of Republican senators develop a sense of morality and ethics, it ain't gonna happen.

Cohen was made the Deputy Finance Chair of the RNC and half of the GOP has been involved in criminal activities.

His ego is too big to resign, they can't indict a sitting president for some reason so the only hope left is that he has a massive stroke or heart attack. Mueller will nail Pence, Ryan and McConnell eventually.

what is the point of being impeached if you aren't convicted too. Clinton shouldn't have been impeached at all yet the fucking moron should be sent to prison. What I want to know is why a sitting president can't be indicted?!? What is the theory behind this?

that a President under such suspicion would resign after the public "shaming" of impeachment hearings. But regarding indictments, it's never happened before so really, I think there is just a lot of speculation and if it did happen, it would be up to the SCOTUS to decide, because we know something like that would head right to the courts.

the odds are in his favor thanks to McConnell. Too bad that can't be reversed if it is proven that the GOP took money from Russians via Cohen as the Deputy Finance Chair of the RNC.

to make sure we can at least take back the House and if we're lucky, maybe the Senate. At least at that point, we can hold some real hearings. Right now since the GOP is truly restricting how (and what) hearings go forward, then the public only has the (often RW-skewed) media to rely on to know how bad it is.

when they control Congress? The GOP took money from Russia. That is treason and bribery right there. So how do we throw out an entire political party?

Even if somebody inside this corruption decides to flip and shows the smoking gun to the world, you're still looking at another year or two of legal wrangling. I doubt Trump is going to resign.

Of course, don't expect anything to happen in the legislature unless we take back the House and the Senate.
