Avenatti & Mueller...How do You Think This All Ends?

Right now Avenatti has the admin on the ropes and is throwing haymakers. Meanwhile Mueller silently waits in the shadows and if this was a tag team match, Avenatti may just tap Mueller in cause he's getting tired. This all got me to thinking today how this all will end. Trump was in my home town last night, so I got to see 1st hand the love affair that his base has w/ him. I'm not kidding when i say many of them love him like they love their kids, its truly frightening. I wonder what is going to happen once all of the investigations are wrapped up and charges are filed? I dont see these people accepting any findings that the Mueller team makes an I forsee Trump using that to threaten GOP members of Congress against voting against him.

That all said here is how I envision the next few years playing out:
Considering we are still hearing that Mueller wants to talk to Trump, we are clearly a long ways from the en of the investigation. My guess is that its 6-12 months out minimum and depending how deep the rabbit hole goes, maybe 2 years. Once the findings come in I believe we'll see a lot of circumstantial evidence in regards to collusio. Along with, money laundering, bribery, possibly even some tax fraud charges. Obviously this will split down the middle on whether you believe the findings or not. The argument from the right will be that the financial crimes were pre-Presidency, hence impeachment should be off the table and be dealt with after being out of the White House. Trump will continue to attempt to delay in hopes that he can get re election as they continue to argue for a delay in proceedings until he returns to private life...ultimately hoping that Pence can pardon him after he becomes Pres. After leaving the WH, Trump will push the narrative w/ state and federal prosecutors that they dont want to put the country through a show trial w/ a nearly 80 year old ex Pres. and he will plead guilty if he can serve out his remaining days in house arrest. Prosecutors buckle and Trump lives his remaining days in a secluded estate while GOPers refer to him as a martyr of the left.

Obviously in this scenario Trump wins reelection in 2020 which is hard to predict. Personally after seeing 2004 and 2012 a Pres get reelected that I didnt think would happen, I think its more likely than many here think. That said, whats coming frightens me b/c i dont see any way that this doesnt rip the country apart.

I for one expect nothing to come from Mueller and the investigation but of course will be very happy if something does.

The wrench thrown in to my expectations is Avenatti coming on the scene and I have no clue what part he will play either but his aggressive stance so far and also that he is independent of the investigation actually gives me some hope on taking trump down but what he has so far exposed only leads back to Cohen at this point i think and trump can deny knowledge

I could be wrong because it is so hard to keep up and I may be lacking information re Aventti's finds

I think this is why so many are wondering, even those in Trump's circle, if Cohen will flip on him. And I'm not sure if 2018 will be an indicator of 2020. Dems had a terrible night in 2010 yet Obama won reelection 2 years later, same w/ Bill Clinton. The Dems are likely going to have a good night this Nov and take back the house, but I still think it will be an uphill climb to beat Trump in 2020 unless the economy begins to decline.

Trump may actually get more votes next time depending on who the Dems run.

happens, I can see that he may well spend the rest of his life and wealth fighting and losing court cases against a very long line of people suing him. No decent lawyer will work for him either. I predict that everyone who is working in his administration will abandon him because there is no honor or loyalty there. And they’ll be too busy fighting for their own survival because they’ll be marginalized by everyone.

His children won’t be able to get off even if he does. The only way they’ll avoid prison will be for all of them to move to countries without extradition laws. It’s highly likely that Don Jr and Jared will go to prison. Ivanka will probably escape.

People like Paul Ryan will find the world outside the swamp he’s gladly promoted in Washington will ostracize him because the taint of his actions during the Trump administration will cling to him forever. If he thinks he can come back in a few years he’s mistaken. The Trump legacy will follow him and everyone who embraced it forever because history will not be kind.

Every Republican running for office for at least a generation will be linked to Trump. And the immigrants coming of age will be voting and running for office from now on.

It’s going to suck being a Republican for the next twenty years.
