Why doesnt the Fake News Media state that the Trump Administrations Anti-Trust Division has been, and is, opposed to the AT&T purchase of Time Warner in a currently ongoing Trial. Such a disgrace in reporting!

It actually does look like they paid for access, then when they asked for help with the merger, Cohen shook them down for a lot more money. After all, that's deal is worth an awful lot to at&t.
When they balked, they called the deal off.
But they kept the initial payments.
