1. Actually, Donnie's the classic counter-argument against torture

Obviously he's not the brave soldier who refuses to give up secrets and refuses to "break" under the worst torture.

Instead, Donnie's the sort who would immediately tell the torturers whatever they wanted to hear. It would all be lies, because he wouldn't know the truth if it walked up to him looking exactly like ivanka.

So again, torture is useless.

Then again, if someone has to be tortured....
