He has discovered that there is a lot of money to be made as President of the United States. He can make deals all around the world. He can shake down every company in the Fortune 500 for donations, otherwise he will criticize them and they will lose much more on the stock market, as Amazon witnessed a few weeks ago. He has a lot of power and he is not afraid to use it. The opportunities are endless.

It may actually now be true that his relationship with Putin has changed? It has changed because Trump's fortunes have changed. He doesn't feel that he needs Putin anymore.

If this were true, he would be even a more dangerous leader. His independence from Russian could be very bad for the rest of the world.

There is no proof of this but, in my opinion, it does seem very possible.

...however, he's needed him for his real estate ventures after Dump burned just about every bank around. Only, Dump didn't realize, he can't walk away from a Russian loan....well, he can, but he might fall off a low story balcony.
