Not taking back the House in November scares me more than anything else.

That would be a mandate for everything Trump. It would be a mandate for the Republican party and their platform. If that happens we will be in a situation where we will find out if they are right or wrong by waiting for the final results. Right now Trump and the Republicans have been riding on Obamas coattails. That will change soon. Soon their policy results will be in full effect. It takes time.

Will the economy and foreign policy turn out well if they have complete control the next two and half years, proving us wrong or will things go really bad, like we believe and prove us right. I need a drink.

deregulation.

The S&L crisis, excessive military spending where the deficit went completely out of control. Reagan's policies caused thousands of family farms to go under, and put millions of Americans out of work.

The foreign policy of the Reagan administration led to the creation of Al Qaeda, which resulted in 9/11, supplied weapons to both Iran and Iraq to push an 8 year war between those two countries which killed millions, and led to our eventual invasion of Iraq, and the situation with Iran today.

Social Security is in the situation it is today largely because Reagan robbed the Social Security Trust fund to pay for his budget shortfalls.

The supply siders have been proven wrong time and again, and under trump and the republicans we are following that same disastrous
path.

in order to flip the House. This is because of the massive amount of GOP gerrymandering that needs to be overcome.

It’s a tall order, and it will all come down to turnout. Anyone who thinks Fox viewers are going to vote for Democrats is naive. What Mueller finds will not change their vote, no matter what it is.

People need to understand this.

Our first primary for the new congressional map is this coming Tuesday. We have a pretty much guaranteed 2-seat pickup here (with up to a total of 5 additional being possible) to supplement the current 5 (D) seats.

In this case, it's not so much what the faux snooze sycophants do, it's whether a good percentage of the sincerely ignorant who voted for the first time when they heeded a siren call (but now realize they have been had) will crawl back under the rocks they slithered out from and stay home, and then we do a big GOTV.
