English-language translation of N Korea's latest statement, taking aim pretty clearly at John Bolton

This seems to indicate there was never a deal to fully de-nuclearize and the WH spinned as if so.

I went to his twitter site, I enlarged as much as possible (just made it blurry)... So I give up.

Maybe if others can read it, they could include a couple of major points...?
