Senate Net Neutrality vote, forced by D's, going on right now. Anyone know

which C span channel?

ON UPDATE:

The Senate is voting on a resolution Wednesday to nullify the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rollback, which is scheduled to take place next month. At least one Republican – Sen. Susan Collins – has said she will join Democrats who want to overturn the FCC's controversial decision.

Two other Republicans — Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana and Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska — also seemed to be siding with the Democrats, voting along with Collins to begin debate on the measure, in a 52-47 decision that came shortly after 12:30 p.m. ET.

A final vote could come around 3 p.m. ET, Democrats say.

The outcome is unlikely to derail the FCC's repeal of Obama-era rules that restrict Internet service providers' ability to slow down or speed up users' access to specific websites and apps. The pending rule is also being challenged in federal court.

If we had 50, wouldn't that be enough since McCain (I assume) isn't voting? Gidney N Cloyd May 2018 #8
I think that he counts towards figuring a majority unless he dies or resigns. Yonnie3 May 2018 #10

I am not familiar with this site.

A group of senators has formally moved to overturn last year’s net neutrality repeal, now that the FCC’s new rules have been published in the Federal Register. Today, Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) introduced a long-promised resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act, which lets Congress strike down new rules with a simple majority vote. The bill currently has 50 supporters, putting it one vote shy of a majority.

That would be 50-49 and Pence only votes in ties.
(They just hit 52! so I guess the point's moot, but I'm curious.)

If his seat is vacant then the whole number of the Senate is 99 and 50 would be a majority.

I know it works that way in the house. They periodically update what that "whole number is". I am just guessing about the Senate.
