I'm thinking YES. It only makes sense that they would retain that record. My employer in some department somewhere issues SAR's and I can't imagine that we do not have a record of each and every one of them.

I was waiting for either Rachel or Ronan to discuss that aspect of the SARS...we have now demonstrated an advanced degree in CSI CSI....to answer the question, we need to understand just how the SARS is generated..is it automatic? - even so, I would think both ends of the process would have a trail..

They ORIGINATE them and send them to FinCen. It's records management 101 for financial institutions and it's taken very seriously.

Dedicated to records management with very detailed policies.

And you can bet your ass the feds audit their policies, procedures and systems annually. Failing said audits is horrendous.

Farrow said he was in law enforcement? Who's looking at Cohen besides NYC feds and Mueller? And if he has a legitimate reason..why leak the one you could find? If you were legit..why not ask NYC or Mueller?

And I wouldn't be suprised if he had them removed so they wouldn't be leaked. Which they would have evidently.
