Wow so Giuliani’s new defense is *not* denying evidence of collusion, but instead insisting:

1) DOJ policy advises against indicting a President (true)

and

2) It is legal to get political dirt “from a Russian” (false)

We are a *long* ways from “we didn’t do it.”
